These Terms of Service govern access to and use of U3 Platform and related services operated by Unleashed Esports ("U3").

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Eligibility

Users must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Comply with all applicable laws
• Provide accurate information when registering

Additional eligibility requirements may apply for teams, events, tournaments, or academy programs.

Accounts

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate account information
• Protecting account credentials
• Activities occurring under their account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Acceptable Use

Users may not:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Submit false information
• Exploit platform vulnerabilities
• Distribute malicious software
• Interfere with platform operations

User Content

Users retain ownership of content they submit.

By submitting content, you grant U3 a non-exclusive license to use, display, store, and distribute such content for platform operations and promotional purposes.

Team Participation

Participation in U3 teams, academy programs, events, or competitive activities does not guarantee roster placement, playing time, coaching services, sponsorship opportunities, or competitive success.

U3 reserves the right to establish and modify team requirements, participation standards, and disciplinary procedures.

Statistics and Performance Data

Users acknowledge that gameplay statistics, attendance records, participation history, and performance metrics may be recorded and displayed within platform features.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, graphics, software, logos, and materials are the property of Unleashed Esports or their respective owners.

Users may not reproduce or distribute protected content without permission.

Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with third-party services including Discord, Google, and other providers.

U3 is not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party services.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available."

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Competitive outcomes
• Data accuracy
• Platform performance

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, U3 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform at any time for violations of these Terms or conduct deemed harmful to the community.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States.
